one-TO-ONE: Word-Driven Discipleship

Small Town Summits exists to see the small places of New England filled with gospel-centered, community-engaged churches and Christian workers, for the glory of God. While our summits focus primarily on encouraging pastors and leaders in small places, all believers share in the urgent work of making disciples.

On Saturday, June 8th, 2024 Small Town Summits invited leaders and laypeople in and around western Massachusetts to join us for a One-to-One: Word-Driven Discipleship training event.

This event aimed at equipping leaders and laypeople in western Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire with a simple, relational, and powerful discipleship tool that is uniquely suited for ministry in small places called “one-to-one Bible reading.” During this event, pastors and leaders considered how this uniquely reproducible tool can help create a culture of Word-driven discipleship in their churches.

This training utilized “One-to-One Bible Reading” by David Helm
